Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition is set to launch in July: Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition is scheduled to debut in July, according to a business executive’s Weibo post.

The new smartphone will follow the Realme GT 2 and Realme GT 2 Pro in the line.

It will also be the replacement for the July 2017 debuting Realme GT Master Explorer Edition. In addition, there are rumors that the next Realme phone will feature 100W rapid charging.

The octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC is another rumored component of the smartphone.

Realme Vice President Chase Xu revealed the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition’s July release date on Monday by posting a teaser picture.

China will be the location of the launch. The precise launch date has not yet been disclosed, however.

The teaser reveals the launch date, which also implies that the phone would have a new textured back. The original Realme GT Master Explorer Edition has a distinctive texture and a suitcase-like appearance on the rear.

Xu also posted a picture of the retail packaging of the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition. It resembles the package of the Realme GT Master Explorer Edition from the previous year.

Specifications for Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition (expected)

The Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition allegedly showed up last week with 100W fast charging on the website of Compulsory Certification of China (3C or CCC).

In addition, the phone’s model number, RMX3551, was discovered on the certification website.

A 6.7-inch UHD (1,080×2,412) AMOLED display and up to 12GB of RAM are just a few of the features listed for the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition on China’s TENAA certification page. The phone also contained triple back cameras and up to 512GB of internal storage.

According to rumors, Realme will release the next GT-series phone with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, an update to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 platform last month.

The Realme GT Master Explorer Edition was introduced in China last year with a CNY 2,899 starting price (roughly Rs. 34,000). However, the phone was not sold in places like India.
