Oppo Reno 8 Pro Global Variant Spotted on Geekbench

Oppo CPH2357 with an octa-core SoC and 12GB of RAM has been discovered on the Geekbench testing website. The product number CPH2357 is for the Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G worldwide version. 

The handset’s inclusion on the list indicates that it will be released worldwide soon. A MediaTek Dimensity 8100 or 8100-Max SoC with the Mali-G610 MC6 GPU is believed to power the smartphone. On the benchmarking website, the smartphone is reported as running Android 12.

On the Geekbench testing website, an Oppo smartphone with the model number CPH2357 has been mentioned with 12GB RAM, Android 12, and an octa-core SoC with a base clock of 2GHz. 

According to the listing, the smartphone scored 898 in single-core performance and 3,555 in multi-core performance.

The stated handset is the worldwide model of the Oppo Reno 8 Pro, according to MySmartPrice. A MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC or a Dimensity 8100-Max SoC with the Mali-G610 MC6 GPU is believed to power the smartphone. The listing suggests that the smartphone will be released soon in India and other regions.

In May, the Oppo Reno 8 series was released in China. Oppo Reno 8, Reno 8 Pro+, and Reno 8 Pro were part of the series. 

According to a source, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro would be released in India with the same specs as the Oppo Reno 8 Pro+ since the latter may not be released in India.

Specifications of the Oppo Reno 8 Pro in India (expected)

As previously stated, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro in India is anticipated to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 or Dimensity 8100-Max processor with 12GB of RAM and Android 12. 

The smartphone is likely to include a 4,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging capabilities, based on the specs of the Chinese model of the Oppo Reno 8 Pro+. A 6.7-inch OLED display with Full-HD+ (1,080×2,412) resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection may also be included. 

A 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera are all expected to be included in the next smartphone.
